  • The LHBA also employs a full-time lobbyist so they can be your “Legislative Watchdog” in Baton Rouge.  Members receive Legislative Updates, Alerts and Calls to Action while the Legislature is in session and are invited to the annual Legislative Day to visit with Legislators first-hand.

  • The Homebuilders SIF (Workers Comp) is Louisiana’s oldest Self Insured Fund with over 40 years of serving our members.
  • The LHBA General Liability Trust, which has been in existence for 17 years, is a to our members.
  • The HBA Builders Risk Program, developed in 2011, has saved Louisiana Builders between 16%-20%.
